All our posting and delivery are done by Singpost (singapore). For flat cards and gifts delivery/postage in Singapore, the delivery/postage will be free of charge. For international CARD delivery/postage, there will be a charge of SGD$3.00 for each card to be delivered. Currently, we do not ship GIFTS overseas. Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
All customised cards and gifts take 5 - 7 working days to produce, and for Singapore delivery, please add another 2 more working days. Therefore, customised cards and gifts will reach your love ones, approximately 9 working days (not 1 week, slightly more than a week).
International CARD postage, takes about 2 weeks for normal mail, so do submit your work early as the plane takes a while to reach that part of your world!:)
Hmm...we do not accept returns 'coz we do not really expect them! Well, if it is customised, then why would you return your own work!
But, we do want 100% customer satisfaction, so if for some reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us so that can we make it right.
